Cold-forged knurled press-in studs and screw-in conversion studs for passenger cars, SUVs and light trucks, made to your drawing or sample in every common thread, knurl and length.
Large plants are built for one standard part in huge volumes. We are built for the opposite: tailoring a proven design to your market, in quantities that make sense for you.
A low MOQ for test orders, niche vehicle ranges and new product lines.
We match the vehicles in your market and the salt-spray rating your climate and customers need.
Finish color, length, hex, marking and packaging adjusted so your range is not the same as everyone else's.
A supply network of specialized partner plants lets us switch finishes and specs quickly, without minimum line runs.
Made by Shenzhao and matched to the OE thread, knurl and length of each model, from city cars to pickups.
Standard knurl and length combinations. Fitment can change with model year, so send a drawing or sample to confirm.

A wheel stud is the threaded pin that stays in the hub; the wheel goes over it and a lug nut clamps it in place. Most cars from Asian and American makers use studs. Buyers rarely choose a stud by "type": they start from a vehicle, a drawing or a sample, and the stud has to match the hub and the nut exactly. When you send us one of these, this is what we confirm before quoting.
A press-in stud is held by its knurl, the ring of serrations under the head. The knurl diameter must match the hole in the hub flange: too small and the stud spins when the nut is tightened, too large and it cannot be pressed in without damaging the hub. Common knurl diameters on passenger cars run from about 12.4 to 15.7 mm.
The thread must match the lug nut, for example M12×1.5, M12×1.25 or 1/2″-20 UNF. Length is measured from under the head to the tip; thicker aftermarket wheels and slip-on wheel spacers need longer studs so the nut still has full thread engagement. The head diameter and shape must clear the brake parts behind the hub.
A drawing, a sample, or the vehicle make, model and year. If you sell slip-on wheel spacers or thick aftermarket wheels, tell us the extra thickness and we will propose the length.
Yes. Send a drawing, a sample or the vehicle details and we confirm thread, knurl diameter, length and head before quoting.
Press-in studs are held in the hub by a knurl and are the usual factory design. Screw-in studs thread into a hub made for bolts and are used for bolt-to-stud conversion and with wheel spacers.
Start from the original length. For thicker aftermarket wheels or slip-on wheel spacers, add the extra thickness so the lug nut keeps full thread engagement.
Dacromet, Magni or zinc-nickel give the longest corrosion life. Zinc is rated 96 h+ in neutral salt spray, and every lot is salt-spray tested.
5,000 pieces per specification. That is low enough for a test order or a niche vehicle range, and different specifications can be shipped together in one container.
