Anti-theft lock nuts and lock bolts with matched keys for the aftermarket, in every common thread and seat, packed as retail-ready kits under your brand.
Large plants are built for one standard part in huge volumes. We are built for the opposite: tailoring a proven design to your market, in quantities that make sense for you.
A low MOQ for test orders, niche vehicle ranges and new product lines.
We match the vehicles in your market and the salt-spray rating your climate and customers need.
Finish color, length, hex, marking and packaging adjusted so your range is not the same as everyone else's.
A supply network of specialized partner plants lets us switch finishes and specs quickly, without minimum line runs.
Made by Shenzhao for the aftermarket, using the same thread and seat data as our lug nuts and lug bolts.
A wheel lock replaces one standard lug nut or lug bolt on each wheel. Its head has no standard hex. Instead it carries a pattern of teeth or grooves, and only the key cut to the same pattern can engage it and turn it. The top of the key is a normal hex, so the wheel is fitted with an ordinary socket on the key. Locks are an aftermarket product, sold in kits through accessory, tire and parts channels, usually under the seller's own brand.
There are two common designs. With an internal pattern, the key fits into a patterned recess in the lock head, which keeps the pattern protected. With an external pattern, the key wraps around teeth, splines or an irregular profile on the outside of the head. Either way, the key and the lock must mesh tightly: a loose fit lets the key slip or round off the teeth under tightening torque. The more distinct and irregular the pattern, the harder it is to remove the lock with a generic tool.
Below the head, a lock is a normal lug nut or lug bolt: the thread and the seat (60° cone or ball) must match the wheel and hub, and the key must fit inside the wheel's lug hole, which matters on alloys with deep or narrow holes.
Wheel locks should not be fitted with an impact wrench, which can damage the key and the lock teeth. Tighten to the vehicle's specified torque with a torque wrench, pressing the key straight onto the lock, and re-check the torque after the first 50 km.
The threads and seats you sell most, a sample kit, or the key design you want. We match the locks, keys and packaging and build the kit around your range.
A standard kit has one lock per wheel and a matched key. The number of locks, the key style and the packaging are set to your order.

No. An impact wrench can damage the key and the lock teeth. Fit them with a torque wrench to the vehicle's specified torque, and re-check after the first 50 km.
